About Labourworx

Labourworx was formed in 2010 at the behest of certain builders.

My name is Ray Bagley and I am the Director of Labourworx. I have spent over 40 years in Construction. Firstly on the tools and then advancing into being Construction Manager for what was the one of the largest building companies in New Zealand. For the next 16 years I was Business Development Manager for New Zealand’s Largest Labour Hire Company.

Labourworx Has a strong ethic for honestly and reliability and knowledge of how the Industry works, regarding budgets and timeframes. Our carpenters and builders enjoy the variation of work ,be it newbuild, renovation or alterations and many have continued working for the same clients for years. Loyalty is fostered and encouraged.

As well as finding work for tradesmen from Australia, we have also helped carpenters from the U.K and Ireland who are coming to New Zealand for their Gap Year to work.
